Desktop App (Offline Terminal)

Install TicketSystemApp.msi on any Windows PC. Uses encrypted SQLite as the primary authority when disconnected. Auto-syncs via Master Clock Checkpointing when back online.

Note: HTTPS is required for mobile camera scanning in local network setups. For the desktop app: Settings → enter Server URL & API Key → Verify Connection → Sync All Data.
